Jessica is our salon manager, educator, and one of our master stylists. She’s a San Diego native and started her career in 2011, where she spent the majority of her time as a stylist here in pacific beach. Besides her time being a local legend, she spent 3.5 years hairdressing in Dublin Ireland before her grand return to us at PaperDoll in 2022. She specializes in precision blonding and color corrections but is a true Jack of all trades. From fades to specialty coloring she can truly accommodate any of your needs!

Cindy is a spunky, warm hearted stylist and PaperDoll’s very own short hair specialist.  She has over 15 years of experience and enjoys working with her clients one-on-one to create a unique style curated just for you!  From rainbow pixies, to sharp blonde bobs, to that perfect textured shag. She loves it all and welcomes any and all hair challenges as she loves getting those creative juices flowing to find great solutions.

Stephanie is our East-Coast gal, born and raised in New Jersey! With over 13 years of experience, she is passionate about making her clients feel beautiful and confident through her work as a hairstylist! Specializing in blonding, creative coloring, cutting and styling, Stephanie finds joy in catering to her clients needs and preferences, and it is this personalized touch that keeps her clients coming back. Outside of salon life, Stephanie loves photography, art, and her adorable 3 cats!

Meet Alison, one of our vibrant Stylists! She brings positivity and sunshine to all of us and the salon! Through great listening and communication, she's all ears for both hair desires and life tales. Born and raised in CA, she attended cosmetology school in Orange County. When Alison graduated, she made the move to San Diego to join our team and continue her education! With the confidence and experience she’s gained during her training, we are confident that Alison will be a great addition to your beauty routine!

Abby is a talented hairstylist who recently moved to San Diego from Kansas City! With a passion for bright, beautiful blondes, dimensional coppers, and custom vivid looks, she is dedicated to helping you achieve the hair of your dreams. However, what truly sets Abby apart is her commitment to creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere that fosters confidence and self-expression. Gabby is a talented junior stylist with a passion for curls, coloring and cuts for both men and women! Originally from Boise Idaho, she recently made the move to San Diego, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm for all things hair. As a naturally curly girl herself, Gabby loves helping others embrace and enhance their natural textures while confidently executing beautiful color and precision cuts. Her skill set covers it all! Her calm and welcoming approach ensures that every client feels comfortable, listened to and leaves the salon feeling empowered and more confident than when they arrived.

Meet our junior stylist Carly! She’s an energetic and passionate young stylist. Born and raised in San Diego, she studied at Bellus Acedemy where she threw herself into the ins and outs of the beauty industry. As a well rounded stylist, Carly loves providing extensions, blonding, color and cuts! She offers four types of extensions; sew ins, K-tips, tapes and I-tips. Carlys goal is to make you feel comfortable in her chair with great customer service and stunning results!

Lisa is our color specialist in the salon! She started her career training under one of the most prestigious color specialists in San Diego—so she knows all of the ins and outs on everything color.  Finding yourself in her chair means you might get a crowd, all of us here in the salon are obsessed with watching her incredible technique and artistic talent.  Known as “The Balayage Queen” — she’ll give you the beautiful sun-kissed look you’ve been dreaming of!

Her Paul Mitchell education, continuous training, and hard work has made her a well-rounded stylist, although she has a special love for blondes. Sarah brings 11 years of experience and educational based focus to her hairstyling career . She trained at Paul Mitchell and has continually enhanced her skills with advanced education from Wella International, Hair Dreams, IBE and others. Sarah’s specialty is blonding & extensions, varying from natural-looking ‘lived-in’ blonde to more detailed platinum and baby light styles, delicate invisible bead weft and tape-in extension methods. With a focus on precision and a flair for personalization, Sarah ensures each client’s experience is both comfortable and satisfying!
